Charges are filed against 42-year-old James Ray Duffield, Jr. who is charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bartlesville police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Frank Phillips and Virginia. According to a court affidavit, the officer saw a vehicle traveling north on Virginia and noticed a crack in the windshield. Reportedly, the authorities searched Duffield and found a bag of marijuana and a bag of meth. Inside the vehicle, police found a smoking pipe and other paraphernalia. Court records indicate that Duffield has four prior felonies in Washington County. Duffield's next court date is August 24th. Bond remains at $50,000.
